1. WHERE CAN I REGISTER?

You can register for the US Half Marathon (11.07.10) by clicking the REGISTER link at www.ushalf.com, for for the US Half Marathon 2 (04.11.10) by clicking the REGISTER link at www.ushalf2.com

2. HOW CAN I VERIFY THAT I AM OFFICIALLY REGISTERED?

Visit GetMeRegistered.com and click the box on the left titled “Confirm an Entry”. If you cannot find your name, make sure you have entered your information correctly in the query fields. If you still cannot find the registration, please email service@getmeregistered.com.

3. WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION OF MY REGISTRATION?

Yes, confirmation emails are sent at time of registration. You should print out your confirmation email and bring it with you to the US Half Expo on race weekend.

4. IS ONLINE REGISTRATION SECURE?

Yes, US Half Marathon has partnered with GetMeRegistered.com to handle all registrations. The process uses a security technology called Secure Socket Layers, or SSL, which encrypts your personal and credit card information while transferring it from your Internet browser to the GetMeRegistered.com servers. Your information is secure when the web site address on the top of your screen starts with https:// instead of http://

5. WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY REGARDING THE INFORMATION SUPPLIED ON THE REGISTRATION FORM?

US Half Marathon does not share your information with any other parties.

6. WHAT IF I REGISTER AND THEN BECOME INJURED OR AM UNABLE TO ATTEND THE RACE?

Your race entry is non-refundable. There are no refunds for cancelled entries. In addition, we are unable to transfer entry fees to another US Half Marathon event.

7. CAN I TRANSFER MY REGISTRATION TO ANOTHER RUNNER?

No, your registration, racing bib and timing chip are non-transferable.

8. ONCE I HAVE SUBMITTED MY ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM, CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY INFORMATION?

If you need to make changes, such as address or email, contact service@getmeregistered.com. Though, you may not transfer race entries to another runner.

9. WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR CHANGES TO MY REGISTRATION INFORMATION?

All changes to personal information, including age and contact information, must be made 30 days prior to event day. Otherwise, you will need to make changes at the Solutions Desk at the US Half Expo.
