1. IS IT MANDATORY TO PICK UP MY RACE PACKET?
Yes. Your race packet includes your official racing bib and timing chip. You must wear both of these items on the day of the race, or you will not be allowed on the course. You will also grab your technical racing tee at this time.
2. CAN SOMEONE ELSE PICK UP MY RACE PACKET ON MY BEHALF?
Yes, a friend or family member may obtain your runners packet at the US Half Expo. You must bring a print or digital (iPhone) confirmation email or drivers license for each packet you wish to pick up.
3. WHAT IF I HAVE MISPLACED MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
You can obtain a copy at GetMeRegistered.com under “Confirm an Entry” and we will also have a list onsite at the expo.
4. WHERE CAN I PICK UP MY RACE PACKET?
Race packets will only be available for pick-up at the US Half Expo.
5. CAN I PICK UP MY PACKET ON RACE DAY?
No, there will not be packet pickup on race day. All participants must obtain their packet on Saturday at the US Half Expo.
6. CAN I RECEIVE MY REGISTRATION PACKET BY MAIL?
No, we do not mail out packets. All participants must come to the US Half Expo to pick up the registration packet.
7. CAN I REGISTER FOR THE EVENT ON RACE WEEKEND?
Yes. We highly recommend registering online, but we will have a limited number of registrations available at the US Half Expo. Registration will not be available race morning.
8. IF I HAVE REGISTERED BUT DO NOT ATTEND THE EXPO OR EVENT, CAN I HAVE MY US HALF MARATHON RACE SHIRT MAILED TO ME?
Sorry. If you did not attend the expo or completed the race, you will not be able to receive the official finishers t-shirt or the official finisher’s medal.
